Empowered Connections LLC and Integrated Laser Therapies make no medical treatment claims for the products offered on this Web site or on any promotional or educational literature. By accepting delivery of these products you (1) accept complete responsibility for the use of these devices and acknowledge that they are completely under your personal control; (2) agree to hold Empowered Connections LLC and Integrated Laser Therapies and all representatives thereof completely harmless for lack of results or for any disorders, allergies, diseases, pain, or any other malady alleged to be caused by your use of any low level laser product sold by Integrated Laser Therapies; (3) agree that any dispute or claim arising out of any Integrated Laser Therapy business transaction shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (4) agree that any demand for arbitration must be made in writing within 90 days of the event giving rise to the demand and that the arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

 

Shipment Policy


Orders for in-stock products generally ship within two business days. Orders not in-stock or requiring custom programming will be confirmed with an estimated shipment date within two business days.

All laser orders are shipped as insured priority/express via either U.S.P.S, UPS, or FedEx. We will typically accept requests for expedited shipping. Expedited charges will be based on the difference between our standard shipping and the requested service.

Our current policy is to ship all laser orders to U.S. addresses at no charge. There may be a surcharge for international express shipments. There may be shipping charges for orders for accessories and books only.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee


Should you not be completely satisfied with your Q-Laser purchase, Integrated Laser Therapies will refund your purchase price less a restocking charge. The restocking charge is determined by how long you have had use of the laser as shown in the following table, plus incurred shipping charges:

To qualify for a refund, all components of your order must be returned in "like new" condition within 30-days of your original invoice date.

Exclusions

This guarantee applies to new equipment purchases only. Previously used lasers, custom orders, accessories, and books are sold "as is" and are not returnable. Special offers may have different provisions which will be itemized on the product detailed description page.

 

Repair Policy

To have your laser repaired you will need to send it to

If you did not register your laser when you purchased it, you should include a copy of your original invoice or sales receipt to ensure that this will be covered under warranty, if applicable. Include your name, address and contact number as well as a description of the problem or symptoms. Be sure to include payment instructions in case the repair will not be covered under warranty.

What to do if you believe your Q-Laser product has a manufacturing defect

If there seems to be a manufacturing defect, call Tri Tech Manufacturing directly at the number listed below. Tri Tech will evaluate the situation and determine if it is a manufacturing defect or not. If it is, you will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and an UPS return shipping label via e-mail or fax. Once the laser arrives at Tri Tech's facility, they will verify that it is a manufacturing defect, repair it, and return it. If the damage is due to misuse, abuse, etc. you will be contacted and informed of the charges that apply. When payment for repair services has been made, the laser will be returned.
